1.1 THE FLEURAPY DESIGN PROCESS

WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN METHODOLOGY?

We see ourselves as a studio of storytellers, having selected florals as the primary vehicle to convey messages of love, affirmation, encouragement or consolation. Be it a wedding or a bouquet, we start by trying to unpack the brief given to us to understand relationships and connections. Our designers on hand will work closely with you to create something that resonates personally with the intended audience. When the opportunity permits, we love weaving other disciplines into your arrangement to make your florals a unique and memorable one.  

1.2 HAND BOUQUETS AND VASE ARRANGEMENTS

WHY DO THE FLOWERS RECEIVED LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM THE OPTION I SELECTED ON THE WEBSITE?

While we try to stick to the flower ingredients used in our regular collections, the final product might vary due to the seasonal nature of certain fillers or leaves. In the event a particular flower or leaf is unavailable, it will be substituted with another of a similar colour and/ or characteristic.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CREATE AN ARRANGEMENT EXACTLY LIKE THE REFERENCE PHOTO SENT OVER? 

While we try to stick to the flower ingredients used in our regular collections, the final product might vary due to the seasonal nature of certain fillers or leaves. In the event a particular flower or leaf is unavailable, it will be substituted with another of a similar colour and/ or characteristic.

CAN I UNDO THE WRAPPING OF A HAND BOUQUET AND USE IT AS MY BRIDAL BOUQUET?

We strongly recommend that you contact us by dropping us an email at hello@fleurapy.com should you require a bridal bouquet. Bridal bouquets are made with a lot more consideration- colour, form, ingredients, personal preferences, wedding dress, wedding location- to end up with a final product that is more special and significant. If you’re looking for something quick, why not check out our bridal-to-go range that caters to the fuss-free, but no less stylish, bride!

1.3 FLORAL CARE

HOW SHOULD MY LOVED ONE CARE FOR HIS / HER FLOWERS?

We typically provide a care card accompanying the arrangement so not to worry! Here are some basic rules to follow for the flowers to stay at their optimum, and for as long as they can in our humidity. 

– Remove packaging (if you’ve received a wrapped bouquet) and transfer to a vase.

– Keep flowers in a cool location away from direct sunlight.

– Rinse the vase and top up with fresh water every 2 days.

– Trim 2cm off the stems every 2 days. Cut them at an angle for better water absorption.

2. ORDER AND PAYMENT

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

For our everyday online collection, a minimum of 2 working days lead time is sufficient. 

For our bespoke services, we recommend a minimum of 3 working days. Should you desire to work closely with us to craft a more intricate gift, 7 working days would be optimal for us to source for unique materials, vessels and ingredients.

WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard & Amex), internet banking and PayNow.

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?

Upon payment, a confirmation with an order number will be sent to your email.

3. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

ARE YOU ABLE TO DELIVER ANY DAY OF THE WEEK?

Deliveries will not be available on Sundays, Monday mornings, Public Holidays and selected dates.  You will be able to view both blocked out and acceptable delivery dates when checking out.

WHERE WILL THE SELF-COLLECTION POINT BE SHOULD I SELECT THAT AS MY PREFERRED SHIPPING OPTION?

Self-collection will be at our studio at 217 Henderson Road #03-04 S(159555). For weekdays, we allow self-collection from 10am-5pm and on Saturdays, between 10-12.30pm. Do note that this is with the exception of Sundays, Public Holidays and selected dates.

WHAT ARE YOUR CHARGES FOR DELIVERY LIKE?

Delivery will be $16 per standard location island-wide, unless otherwise stated.

ARE THERE SITUATIONS WHERE I WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES?

If you require a time slot for delivery that is out of the scheduled delivery timings, there will be an additional $15 charge. Upon confirmation of your order, a Fleurapist will be in contact with you to process the additional charge manually. 

Should your delivery address fall within one of the locations listed below, an additional charge of $15 will be incurred. You will be able to view the respective charges upon checkout.

ARE THERE AREAS WHERE DELIVERY IS NOT APPLICABLE?

We unfortunately do not extend delivery to checkpoints, Jurong Island and Jurong Port.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Contact us immediately at hello@fleurapy.com so that we can stop your order from being processed. We will unfortunately be unable to refund you any amount should this request come in less than 24 hours from 8am of the delivery day. 

For example, if your order is scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday, you should alert us of your cancellation by 7.59am on Tuesday to avoid incurring charges.

4. RECEPTION OF FLOWERS

HOW CAN I ENSURE A SMOOTH DELIVERY PROCESS FOR MY CLIENT / LOVED ONE?

Do ensure, to the best of your ability, that the recipient or a representative is on hand to receive the flowers. Filling in the contact number of both sender and recipient will help our team react quickly should the need arise. 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS THAT FLEURAPY TAKES WHEN THE RECIPIENT IS UNABLE TO RECEIVE THE FLOWERS PERSONALLY?

If after the courier has tried calling the recipient twice, and is still unable to find a representative to receive the flowers on the recipient’s behalf, a Fleurapist will call the sender once for further instructions. Should the sender be uncontactable, the flowers will be left at the reception desk or at the door. Rest assured that our courier will be instructed to find a sheltered or safe spot to keep the flowers safe from weather and/or damage. Fleurapy will not be responsible for any loss or damages to the flowers from that point onwards. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’VE PROVIDED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, OR WOULD LIKE THE COURIER TO SEND THE ARRANGEMENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?​

Please alert us as soon as possible at hello@fleurapy.com! Should the courier have already picked the flowers up, an additional $15 charge will be incurred to reroute the arrangement to a different location. We seek your understanding that the arrangement might arrive outside the scheduled time slot should this occur.
